NATALIE RICE - Owner/Director, Instructor

ALYSSA PENA - Director of Company / Club

Alyssa grew up in Idaho and began her dance training at the age of eight, studying ballet, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, hip-hop, and tap. She was a company member of Junction Dance Co. in Salt Lake City, Utah, where she trained, taught, and performed on multiple professional platforms. Through Junction, she continues to expand her expertise in commercial choreography, house, breaking, and freestyle.

Alyssa has also served as an assistant at Hollywood Vibe, Hollywood Dance Jamz, and Transcend Dance Convention. She is grateful for the many opportunities dance has provided and is passionate about sharing her knowledge, creativity, and love of the art form with others.

KLOEE BISHOP- Head Ballet Instructor

Kloee began her dance training at the age of two at Dance Depot in Idaho Falls. Over the next eight years, she trained and competed in a range of styles before transitioning to the Idaho Falls School of Ballet, where she focused on classical ballet under the direction of Deborah Bean.

While at the school, she performed with the Idaho Falls Symphony in excerpts from Swan Lake and appeared in Eugene Ballet’s touring production of The Nutcracker. Following her graduation, she joined Ballet Etude in Rexburg, where she continues to perform while pursuing dance studies at Brigham Young University–Idaho.

Kloee has taught at The Dance Factory for the past two years and looks forward to the years ahead.

KIANA LITTLE- Company / Club Instructor

​Kiana began her dance journey at the age of four and her passion has only grown since then. She danced with The Dance Factory for a short time, but gained invaluable knowledge and skills to take with her as she moved to Utah. Kiana honed her skills as an instructor and professional dancer for Odyssey Dance Theatre from 2013-2022. Also during that time, she performed with Junction Dance Company, Divinity Dance Company, and, most recently in 2023, Altitude Dance Company. Kiana is thrilled to be teaching company teams this season. Her enthusiasm for dance is infectious, and she is committed to fostering a fun and inclusive environment for all of her students.

ABBY MINER - Company / Club Instructor & Head Acro Instructor

Abby Miner has danced competitively for more than 16 years and has been teaching since the age of 18. She began assisting instructors at just 12 years old and has remained dedicated to sharing her passion for dance with students ever since.

She spent three years as an Idaho State University Bengal Dancer, competing at the collegiate level and contributing to the team’s fourth-place national finish. Her training includes acrobatics, ballet, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, clogging, tap, and pom.

At The Dance Factory, Abby teaches acro, jazz technique, and team classes. Her favorite styles to teach and perform are acro, hip-hop, and jazz. She takes particular joy in watching her students’ confidence grow and in helping them discover what they are capable of both in and beyond the studio.

Abby holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She is committed to creating a positive, supportive environment where dancers can develop strong technique, lasting confidence, and a genuine love for dance.

ABI HARPER - Instructor

Abigail Harper is a Division I collegiate dancer with the nationally ranked Idaho State University Bengal Dance Team, where she currently serves as head captain. With 19 years of training in pom, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, lyrical, tap, and ballet, she has been recognized as an NDA All-American dancer for two consecutive years.

Abi has served as a guest teacher and choreographer for high school cheer and dance teams throughout Utah, Idaho, and Texas. She teaches technique and multiple styles at a local studio in Pocatello, Idaho, where she shares her passion for dance with her students.

COURTNEY WHEELER - Company / Club Ballet Instructor

Courtney has trained extensively in jazz, hip-hop, tap, and ballet, earning numerous regional and national titles throughout her competitive career. Ballet remains her greatest passion.

With more than 15 years of teaching experience across all age groups, she is dedicated to sharing the beauty, power, and dynamic expression of dance with her students.

ASHLEY SCOTT - Company / Club Strength & Conditioning Instrustor

Ashley began her dance training at the age of eight under Kaelynn Oliphant and Annette Randall at Dance Concepts in Utah, studying ballet, jazz, tap, and contemporary. She later trained at Ballet West for two years, where she developed a deep love for classical ballet.

During high school, she performed with the Copper Hills Dance Company and continued her training at the University of Utah Conservatory while completing her first two years of college.

Ashley and her husband, Tyler, have three children. After seven years in Maine, the family settled in Pocatello, Idaho. She is passionate about teaching and strives to create a positive, encouraging environment for her students.

SARAH CORRINGTON - Director of Operations / Studio Administrator

Driven by faith, family, and a deep commitment to helping others grow, Sarah is known for her loyalty, integrity, and dedication. She finds genuine fulfillment in supporting others as they learn, develop, and achieve success. In her roles as Director of Operations and dance studio administrator, she prioritizes building meaningful relationships, maintaining a strong work ethic, and creating opportunities for people to thrive. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her two daughters, staying active, and exploring the outdoors with family and friends.
